Processing Capacity & Global Standards
Thai Minh Long Seafood factory is equipped with the latest generation of Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) tunnel system, Block and semi-IQF freezing lines meeting European standards. The entire process from receiving raw live seafood, pre-processing, deep-processing, ice-glazing to packaging and refrigerated transport is digitalized for transparent traceability.
