All digital assets, including factory processing photographs, aquaculture videos, technical process charts, custom packaging labels, product specifications, source code, and corporate logos published on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of THAI MINH LONG SEAFOOD COMPANY LIMITED. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without our formal written consent constitutes a violation of domestic and international trademark laws.
2. Trading Conditions & Account Integrity
Customers and enterprise clients agree to provide absolute accuracy in their registration and shipping details (Full Name, phone number, company registry, corporate email). TML Seafood reserves the right to verify transactions through direct communications and cancel orders or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, spam, or malicious intent.
3. Payment Terms and Global Export Procedures
For custom processing (OEM/ODM) or large-scale container export orders, payment terms, production deposits (T/T - Telegraphic Transfer, L/C - Letter of Credit), and refrigerated shipping schedules will be detailed in separate commercial agreements signed between the parties. Domestic wholesale/retail billing through the website is processed via bank transfer or Cash on Delivery under TML financial regulations.
4. Force Majeure & Disclaimer of Liabilities
TML Seafood is fully exempt from liability for any delays, damage, or delivery failures arising from unforeseen force majeure circumstances beyond our direct control, including extreme weather affecting marine harvests, regional biological diseases, unexpected grid failures at major cold storage hubs, worldwide maritime port congestions, or sudden changes in customs regulations.
5. Natural Representation of Seafood Products
Because seafood is a natural harvest, individual biological shapes, protective glazing thickness, and natural coloring may differ slightly between production batches. However, TML Seafood guarantees absolute alignment with the stated net weight, nutritional value, and Grade-A microbiological food safety standards.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of this website that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people's courts in Bac Lieu Province, Vietnam.
